Purpose: Equip teachers, tutors, and employers with understanding and strategies to better support neurodivergent individuals.

OUR APPROACH

We focus on education, empathy, and practical application. Our training is delivered by neurodivergent professionals who combine lived experience with expertise, ensuring sessions are insightful, relatable, and actionable.

We work closely with organisations to tailor training to their context, helping staff build inclusive, supportive, and understanding environments.

Accredited training workshops (half-day or full-day)

Customised Sessions for Schools, Colleges, and Workplaces.

Topics include:

Understanding neurodiversity.
Inclusive classroom strategies.
Communication and sensory awareness.
Reducing stigma and promoting acceptance.

Case Studies & Real-Life Insights

Training is enriched with real experiences and examples, offering staff an authentic perspective on the challenges and strengths of neurodivergent individuals.

Follow-up support and advice to embed inclusive practices and address challenges as they arise.
